Guangzhou Sanya Motorcycle CO., Ltd is the enterprise which producing and selling the motorcyle and spare parts, the motorcyle produced in our company are according to the IS09001-2000 quality management system to design, manufacture, assembling and package.

To raise the popularity of products, to guranteen the benefit of motorcycle manufacture,sales, use and repair, to improve the after-sales service, we make this warranty policy.

Service aim: Base on ” quality first, Customer first, warm service, serious and respondsible ”, deal with the complaint, service and problems in time, analyze the quality faults in details with the spirit of seeking truth from facts.

Motorcycle warranty principles:

① All the fault caused by manufacture of our motorcycle during the warranty period, to change the fault parts for the consumers by distributors according to our Warranty range and compasion sheet for free.

② In warranty, repair first, change parts as supplement(single part go first, not change the assembly parts if unecessary)

③ Base on the policy ”Distributor take responsiblity”, our company is fully support the distributors to help consumers to repair and maintain.

Warranty period, range and stipulation

According to the Ministry of machine building(1997) No.205 file, the Motorcycle Changing or Refunding responsibility policy and combine the condition of our company,, we make the warranty period, range and stipulation as following:

Warranty period: Warranty for the motorcyles one year or 6000km after the invoice valid.(Attention: Over one of the restrictions, we take it warranty invalid) warranty range and stipulation please check attachment 1

Motorcycle storage::
①The motorcyle from the day out of factory(according to the invoice date) to the day sell to consumer, maximun storage period is 6 months.
② The spare parts miss, incomplete, corrosion, oxidation,damaged when over the storage period, the operating agency take the responsibility. Deal with the problem according to this policy If it is quality issues.

Spare parts warranty range and stipulation:
① All the spare parts sell from our company, the surface of quality should be checked when deliverey, the person who find the problem should indentify the resonsibiliy, after delivery we don’t take responsible for the surface quality of spare parts.

② All the spare parts from our company if there is quality problem, deal with it according to the motorcycle warranty range and stipulation base on the receipt.

Warranty Limit:
① All the problems cause by the users disassemble, refit, misuse, inappropriate storage and violate the maintenance rule or disassemble personally without the permission of authorized service shop, we won’t take any responsibility.
② The package damage, spare parts miss, corrosion, oxidation, metamorphic and damage cause by the operating agency or transportation department, we won’t take any responsibility; The storage period is 6 months, over the period, without any storage management, and cause corrosion, oxidation, metamorphic and damage, we won’t take any responsibility(except the quality problem)
③ For misuse cause accident, amend the construction or assemble other spare parts cause the damage, are not including to the warranty range.
④ If the damage cause from using the not SANYA spare parts, it is not in the warranty range.
⑤ If the motorcycle repair, refit or disassemble(even parts) in the repair shop without SANYA authorization, it is not in the warranty range.
⑥ If the frame number or engine number changed or misuse not according to our using requirement, it is not in the warranty range.
⑦ Routine maintain: Engine adjust, fuel system clean, brake and clutch check and adjust, driving system adjust and other adjustment of vehicle use.
⑧ Normal wear spare parts: brake friction plate, fuse, bulb, light cover, spark plug, handle, footrest rubber, relay, standard fasteners, seat, mirror, and outside rubber. Normal wear spare parts are outside the scope of warranty.
⑨ Outside the scope of warranty: Improper maintenance, the problem cause by customer did not go to dealer maintenance station to routine maintenance as the “warranty manual” requested.

Related formalities and regulations
◆ The malfunction cause by manufacturing quality problems during the warranty period, customer should bring relevant documents to the distributors, such as motorcycle warranty card, purchase invoice and approval certification. Malfunction problems must reflect to distributors timely, to do the quality analysis, and make sure is quality problems.
◆ Customer has disagreement with the distributors on quality problems, please give SANYA a call or write to SANYA, and then our company can reanalyze and identify the problems.
◆ When there are serious accidents during the warranty period, please give SANYA a call, write to SANYA or report to distributors timely. The status of the motorcycle and damaged parts should not be disassembled, so as to be a basis for analyzing the quality accident, then to identify and dispose.

The regulations of economic losses responsibility
◆ During the warranty period, the motorcycle is made of poor quality, can be replaced or repaired for free.
◆ Spare parts missing, incomplete, corrosion, deterioration or damage cause by business company or transportation company bad keeping, inappropriate storage, incorrect transport or over the storage period, all these economic losses are responsible for the relevant responsible company.
◆ The failure or damage cause by customer improperly use, inappropriate storage or not comply with the maintenance rules, customer should be borne all cost.
◆ During the warranty period, customer has found or analysis quality problems in advance, however, not solve the problems timely but continue to use, and then expand the quality accident. SANYA and distributor will handle with discretion; the cost for quality issue will be borne by SANYA, the cost for expanded and damaged spare parts will be borne by customer.
